Here you can find information for your rent payment options, information about online access to your account or to make rent payments. Here we will keep you updated with relevant information with regards to the community you live in.  For example, starting February 15, 2021 the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs is offering Rent Relief for household that have incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income and other requirements. See below for more information.

                                                                                  PAYMENTS AFTER 05/06/2022 WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF AT YOUR PARK OFFICE.

Rent Payment Options

  • Drop off your payment in the community drop box.
  • CashPayNow you can pay your rent with cash at any CheckFeePay locations which includes major retailers like Walmart, Kroger, Ace Cash Express and more! Please contact your community management team if you are interested! Also, click the Cash Pay PDF button below for more information.
  • Online Payment – Tenants can make online rent payments through Tenant Web Access. While online, one is able to view open charges and make a payment. You will need an email address and a tenant account number which will be given to you by your property manager.  For instructions on how to sign up, please click the Tenant Web Access Info button below. Need Help With Your Rent or Utility Expenses?

 You could potentially request assistance for up to 11 months of past due bills.

Households must have incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income or meet other eligibility requirements.
